New Contract Bungling

I am filing this complaint on behalf of my wife: On 22 October 2013 my wife was contacted by Candice from a Cell C contract centre, who convinced her to take a Samsung Galaxy S5301 on a R99 p/m contract. Last week the Samsung was delivered to her, along with an extra Nokia phone and an extra starter pack with Sim card. My wife contacted Cell C to advise she never ordered the Nokia - only to be told that someone would need to listen to a recording to determine whether or not she requested the Nokia phone. It is now a week later and we have not had any further feedback on this issue. My wife had been debited for the Nokia and the Samsung. Can Cell C kindly take back the unwanted Nokia and Starter Pack ASAP. Furthermore, my wife was told that the Samsung would be activated within 24 hours and that was last week. Needless to say, the phonesim is STILL not activated, I am very tempted to cancel the whole arrangement due to Cell C's incompetence. Not a good start to a new contract AT ALL.
