Debiting bank account after cancellation

I was a Telkom data contract customer for 24 month and gave 30 days notice on 27 October to cancel on 27 November. There were some issues with the cancellation coupled with poor customer service, but after reporting the issue on Hello Peter I got the issue resolved early in December.

The customer service agent promised to cancel the contract immediately, which was done and that I would not get debited again.

This morning another R199 was debited from my bank account. I would like to be refunded in full and to not be debited again.
