I called Zone fitness sometime in July to enquire when my contract expired, unfortunately do not the exact dates but. I was advised that my last debit would go off in September as the contract was for 12 months only. I advised Videsh that I would not continue with the contract. As a customer I do admit that I did not read the cancellation process & was not aware that the cancellation period requires 20 business days of written notice - as the customer I should have been advised of the process on the same call irrespective. My account was debited again on 31 October 2013, I spoke Videsh on 14 November 2013 to cancel & was given the worst customer service, he denied ever speaking to me, also had an attitude. So I requested to speak to the manager (Mohammed) was advised that I would either need to given written notice or come in person to cancel. I advised the manager of my complaint & was promised that my account will not be debited again however was too late to cancel the debit for 31 November 2013, I agreed & went in person & was shown my account is pending cancellation & that no further debits would be processed, sadly again I was debited on 31 Dec, they're service is disgusting!
