Second incorrect debit orde

This is the second month that my debit order has been incorrect i was assured that it had been rectified but it would seem that cell c are absolutely useless
they change debit orders without asking you then they can't find out why it was changed or who changed it
and they can't grasp the fact that i signed for that debit order to come off a specific bank account
i want to know who is responsible for this
i am going to take this further you useless
mine and my wifes contracts expire soon and i highly doubt i will renew them
