Hi, I have a BlackBerry Z10 model STL100-1, before per ordering it I was informed by Mtn service centre the Glen that my handset will support 4g- Lte, under the pretense I booked a handset and did a dim swap for a micro, however doing a background research after receiving the handset, I was disappointed to learn that the model Mtn issued me with does not have Lte capabilities even after numerous calls to the business solutions centre, I hold 3 contracts with Mtn and have been a loyal customer but I am disheartened by the falsified information given to me just so that the upgrade may be done at that specific store and the agent may receive his/her commission, this upgrade was done in February and to this day no one has been able to assist me, am I paying for a talk 500 contract for the specific Lte package I requested that I can't use due to misinformation and just to make a buck?
