I was due for a upgrade on my control chat contract. I tried to phone them but the call centre is unavailable. I could not speak to any consultant. I was sent a sms to inform me that my upgrade was done succesfully and that the handset was sent to me. I then sent a email, to them to enquire about the upgrade. Nobody phoned me to choose the handset of my choice neither a address where the handset was delivered. I'm very unhappy about this. On my other contract, talk 100, I requested a sim swop. I was billed for the sim swop but the swop has not been done, and this is now more than 5 months ago. I would appreciate if someone can assist me?
