Account ported but still billed by Autopage

My wife ported her number from Autopage to Vodacom on 11/12/2013. Yesterday a notification of a debit order came through from Autopage. I called their call centre repeatedly and all that they can say is that they have not received the porting request from Vodacom and suggested that we call Vodacom. Vodacom, on the other hand, confirmed that they received the number on 11/12/2013 and that the contract is with them.
It appears that Autopage have released the number but not cancelled the contract and continue to bill for calls made on a number which is no longer theirs.
