Mtn lost my phone

I handed in a Samsung Galaxy S3 for repairs about 4 months back, it came back unrepaired. The comment was that its not a warranty claim. I took the phone back the same day and asked that they repair it anyway, I'll pay for the repairs.

We kept on phoning to hear what's going on, according to the person working at MTN at that stage, the phone was collected a week after I took it back. We kept on calling and I even called the repair centre.

While this was going on MTN fired all their employees, because of incompetence and my phone never came back. Paperwork in the store showed that an employee cancelled the collection and that she might be responsible for the disappearance of the phone.

I had to open a police case and we've been paying for that contract without having a phone for 4 months. MTN owes us a phone and we are fed up of being thrown around from person to person and still no progress has been made.

I have five contracts with MTN and this is unacceptable!
