Cell C
Galaxy S4 sent in for repairs. 6 Weeks and couting

I moved to Cell C recently. I got a Galaxy S4 on contract. After 3 months the battery was swollen and dead. I sent in my phone for repairs. After waiting just over a month. The phone came back.By the following day they haven't called me to let me know that the phone has arrived. I went to collect the phone none the less. My phone was there, but WITHOUT a battery. They apologised and blamed the repair centre. I was told that it should take a week. It' been almost two weeks now and still waiting. Apparently the repair centre has said that they are still busy with it. (Busy with what?) What did they do with the phone in the 1st place?

So I've got a new phone from a new carrier. After 3 odd months, the phone is in for repairs (not my fault) and I'm left without a phone for 6 weeks already. 1 1/2 Months.

And they aren't doing anything to compensate me or assure that I receive the best service under circumstances.

Not a happy customer, lost all my patience.
