My gosh, This has got to be one of the WORST car repair companies in the southern hemisphere...

My car was damaged in the hailstorm of Oct 2012... by the end of October my car had been assessed by MiWay and they had authorized repairs...

I phoned GSA to arrange to have my car fixed. "We don't have a courtesy car at the moment, I will phone you when there is one available and we can arrange payment and book your car in"

A MONTH goes by...

I phone them and the person that I spoke to was fired... "We'll arrange an courtesy car and phone you back..."

Two weeks go by...

"Hi I'm phoning to give you an update on the repairs on your car" "it's been in the driveway for the past 2 weeks... you guys haven't touched it" "We'll arrange to have it collected ASAP"

A week goes by...

"Hi I'm phoning to find out if you're happy with the repairs to your car..." "That's pretty cool considering I'm sitting in it..." "I'm sorry sir, we're closing for Dec, We'll have it collected 1st day back in Jan"

My car has been with them since Jan 7th... no progress updates... and when you phone for an update, they NEVER get back to you...
