I took out a cellphone contract with vodacom 5months ago, unfortunately my phone was when i got mugged. On the other hand it was not insured which led me to go to vodacom to enquire if there would be anyway i could get my phone back. To my surprise i couldnt receive a new phone even though i didnt personally loose it as it was taken away from me. I find it absolutely unfair that clients dont have a back up system for uninsured phones. Now im supposed to pay a monthly fee for the phone even though i dont have possession of that phone. Vodacoms system is totally stupid beacause they dont consider clients interests and losses..
