I have two contracts with Cell C, in April 2012, five days before the warranty expires on the one phone (blackberry) (which is a two year warranty but Cell C only for a year) the phone is faulty, I took it to Cell C Gallarie, they book it in for repairs and inform me I will have to pay for the repair after four months I get the phone back and I am billed for the repair costs to the value of R700. Two days later the same fault occures, I take the phone back again it is sent in for repairs, again I am billed to the value of R300, after being told this was a repair warranty, a month later the fault reoccures, I take the phone back and demand a new phone, to which I am told this is not possible and will be taken up with management. A few months later I get a call to come collect the new phone, which is not a new phone but a other repaired phone. On the 8/02/2013 the so called new phone stops working, I take it back and am told they will have to send it in for repairs. I was promised I would receive an email the following day informing me what the problem is, todate I have had no communication. Everytime I have taken the phone in I have been disgused in the way I am handled, its a joke.
