Since September, I have noticed my Autopage cellphone bill growing gradually. I went to the Kenilworth Center Autopage and asked what the new items on my bill refered to and they said it was international SMS's. They were wrong. 4 months later, after phoning Autopage call centre, I've finally managed to get to the bottom of it... I am being billed by a company called Integrat for services that I don't need, don't want, never requested. I feel like I've been, and I want proof of where i signed up for this service (don't even know what it is) And lastly i demand a refund for the past 4 months. Autopage directed me to WASPA - they don't answer their phone, or let you leave a message. And they haven't responded to my email.

If they respond to this, they will no doubt say 'Integrat is not a content provider but a technology gateway', which is what they say to the multiple complainants on this site. I don't know what that really means. I just need a refund.
