On my specified invoice dated the 1st of October 2013 from Autopage, there was an item called "content " amounting to R61.46 plus VAT. On the 3rd page of the invoice this amount appeared under "SA originating other". Upon my enquiry into this, I was told by the call centre that their IT division would investigate, and I was given a reference number 300540 and asked to call after 2 days. I called back on 8 October and was informed that the amount originated from some business called Buongiorno and that I was a subscriber to Buongiorno, (which I am not) - hence the charges. I had been billed by this Buongiorno via Autopage before, and then Autopage had assisted me to get "unsubscribed". This time Autopage gave me a number to call Buongiorno and unsubscribe myself. This number 0822327400 is bogus ans does not exist.
My complaint is this: How can Autopage keep biling me on behalf of Buongiorno knowing that the latter is an enterprise of ill repute and secondly, why did they not offer to assist me to get rid of this menace instead of giving me a bogus number to call. I expect a full refund for all amounts billed to me and relating to Buongiorno.
