On my MTN anytime 100 contract I don't seem to be awarded any rand value any more. I've logged two requests with Autopage, but they don't sort it out and don't come back to me. If I phone MTN, they say I must speak to Autopage. If I speak to Autopage, they say they have to talk to MTN. It's been 10 days since I've logged my request and I still have no answer or solution.
I used to have over R300 in value available, it is all gone. The R100 that was supposed to have been added the last two months, don't seem to have been added at all.
I'm now being billed for every service I use, even though I'm supposed to have rand value available.
Autopage are holding me ransom. When I asked them where the value went and if more was added they say they are not allowed to tell me. They tried to force me to sign up for their "My. Account.Pro" services at a cost, simply so that I can prove to them that my value was not added.
This is not how you treat a customer of over 10 years!!
