SO SICK OF TELKOM- TELKOM CANT GET NOTHING RIGHT

This is now the third complaint I have had to log about Telkom. I am a fairly new client to Telkom and EVERY SINGLE month for the last 3months since I made the worse mistake of my life to open an account with Telkom I have been receiving incorrect statements and false billing amounts. This month again I have received a bill For R218 for " UNNECESSARY CALL OUT FEE" what call out fee??? I refuse to pay this account until it is fair and honest and the correct amounts. So Telkom can just add what ever amounts to customers statements and they must just pay it and if not you cut there lines and they must pay a further reconnection fee??? This it total BULL. Mad is a understatement of what I am feeling right now!!! this is a continuous and on going problem... I demand for a senior person to call me ASAP!!!
