Yet again Telkom error. Due to previous errors (on Telkoms side) I was advised (by the useless Nombu Lelo) that the disconnection and debit interest amount of about R200 would not be debited from my account in January as Telkom admitted due to their 3 month billing error. I've also requested numerous times for the debit order to be cancelled. So today debit order goes off and its the full amount. Cancel this IMMEDIATELY, refund me, and I want all loss of interest to my account credited by close of business tomorrow. This is unacceptable and has been going on way too long.
