My account with Telkom was settled and is fine on their side but for 3 weeks now debit collectors for Telkom are trying to deduct R1500.00 from my bank account.
Every time I phone in they say nothing is wrong and that they only have a debit order for the end of the month for my normal billing account and when I speak to the debit collectors they say that they cannot help me because they get their instructions from Telkom. Nothing has been sorted as yet and I have phoned them 5 times already.
This is looking bad on my financials and no one can tell me where the money is going.
Every time I have to reverse the amount. The service I received from Telkom is pathetic and none of them know what they are doing.
