Increased instalments midway through contract

I entered two 24-month Blackberry contracts for teenage kids a year ago at Game in Somerset Mall. In that time I've had many problems with the BIS cutting out and there being no internet service for several weeks on end, meaning the phone could not be used to contact people on bbm. We were sent from pillar to post for months before it was sorted. Now all of a sudden, there has been a R50 call fee added to the monthly instalments and the internet usage cut to 1GB a month. Furthermore, over the past few months, the phones' BIS and airtime would run out before month end and the kids are not able to communicate with their friends, even though they haven't used up their allocated minutes. On top of this, calls/SMSes were added to the invoice in the period that the phone was cut off in the last week/s of the month. This mysteriously enough, worked out so that the entire monthly allotment of minutes of airtime and SMSes were used up on exactly the last day of the month. Even though the phone could not be used! This is very suspicious business practice. Please respond urgently!
