Data disappearing and incorrect billing

My wife has a data contract for Vodacom. When she checked her data balance the 24 December, she saw that she is being billed out of bundle rates. She bough 2 G more and within two days, that was 'used'. She bought another 1 G and that too was used within a few days. The cherry on the cake was when she bought another 2G on the 31 December, only to log on and see that it has already been used. She phoned numerous times and logged complaints. Every time she was told something different and was assured that she will be contacted by the technicians, etc. She send a request by email and was told to write a letter asking for a detailed billing account, which she has to pay for. She was told that she was billed out of bundle rates even when she still had 2G left of her bundle. She was told that the 5G contract she has will no longer exist and that she will have to change it. To date no one has contract her and her account is more that R4000 for this contract.
