Billing Department not doing their work properly

I am on a top up contract with Cell C whereby I receive R115.00 per month and apparently my line has been suspended because according to Cell C I owe R2400. The consultant gave some lame story that I was billed for bringing my phone in for repairs, when I told them I had never had my phone in for repairs they changed their story that I was billed for the usage of a number that I made change of ownership which I find it so stupid to understand. I am sick and tired of Cell C incompetency billing department and consultants. Every month is the same issue, my line gets suspended because of some stupid issues. I am fed up with Cell C, they must sort out this issue and give me the correct amount to pay. Angry and frustrated client.
