My name Mario Larry, I had a contract with 8-tha that expired in August 2013. I phoned there Customers Services which informed me that's it easier to go to one of the branches fill in an Cancellation form and submit it to 8-tha, which I did in October 2013 at their Branch in Parow (Western Cape). The Contract were never cancelled instead they cancelled the sim-card. The initial phone was almost 2 years ago.

Numerous amounts of phone call were made and on the 17th of December 2013, I filled in another Cancellation of Contract form, which was emailed through to theme, still no reply.
Today the 24th of December again I went to their Branch in Parow Sanlam Centre (Western Cape), and still no one can give me feedback.

Is it that hard to cancel a contract that expired in August 2013 already. Please note I am being Billed for the Contract that expired in August 2013.
