It really seems like the only time I get assistance from Nashua Mobile is when I complain on a public platform. It is so unnecessary and totally ridiculous.

I emailed AND faxed my contract CANCELLATION form though today since my contract expires on 31 December 2013 and I DO NOT want to continue with this contract or with Nashua Mobile after this date. However, I can't seem to get Mr. Berries from client services to respond to my emails now in order to confirm that the cancellation form was received and that my contract will be cancelled as discussed on December 31st 2013 (I sent two mails today requesting this feedback - to no avail). Mr Berries and I spoke on the phone at around 11:25 this morning.

Please follow up on this matter urgently and confirm that the cancellation of my contract with you will happen at the end of this month (31 December 2013). I do not want to be be contacted by anyone in your conservations department - it is my right to cancel this contract when it expires without being harassed by your sales agents. They will be wasting their time anyway.
