I thought I had, but apparently still have, a one year data contract. The contract expired in October last year and some time during September or October, I went to Cell C Menlyn and ask for the contract to be cancelled once it has expired. I was made to sign a form with the cancellation request. I was not given a copy and was informed that it will be processed once the contract has expired. I went back in November and December, bought three other pay as you go data packages (2X 100Gig, 1X 50 150Gig) and asked if my post paid contract was cancelled and was informed that it was. This month I investigated why my bill is still high and found that my contract has never been cancelled. I went in to Cell C Menlyn and was "assisted" by Mercy. She said they have no record of my cancellation and told me that customers regularly and say they have cancelled their contracts. Why do I need to lie. You can see the data for the cancelled contract has never been used after the cancellation. Poligraph me! I also saw on my bill that a 3Gig smart bundle was loaded on my number. Not requested, no paperwork, Yet I have been billed every month. Not the way treat your customers Cell C.
