Read what is in the EMAIL before REPLYING

Telecommunications

I sent an email via the vodacom website: You can obviously pull the email thread with the subject "Vodacom Customer Care Reply - Authentication Response required Ref: 00EE~E925".
Don't these ppl know how to READ what is written in the email let alone what is ATTACHED to it?
If I AM NOT IN THE COUNTRY how in the can I go to a Vodacom shop? If I continuously inform you that I do not have access to a printer let alone a fax machine, why do you tell me to complete a from and fax it with a motivational letter and copy of ID?

I have emailed my etickets as proof I am not in the country. I have emailed a motivational letter with a copy of my ID. I have emailed you 4 email invoices to prove it is me. I just want the debit order to be cancelled as I do not agree with the data usage charges of 0826034315.

I even emailed proof of payment for the payment I said I would make!

For heavens sake, what else must I do to actually get a COMPETENT person in "CUSTOMER CARE" to actually READ the email and its attachments AND UNDERSTAND that I am NOT IN THE COUNTRY and that I do not HAVE ACCESS TO A PRINTER OR FAX MACHINE. AND NO I CANNOT GO TO A VODACOM SHOP EITHER!
