To whom it may concern.

i am so disgusted by there ADSL speed that Cybersmart is providing, i am so glad that i am moving to another service provider, they always say... sir it might be that there is another program downloading / running in the back round, even that i have a program that will show me everything that is running, whats best that even when i say there is nothing else ruining, they dont even believe you. why don't they say... sir you are lie'ing

i can say with great confidence that i will never, ever refer any one to Cybersmart, due to the poor speed of the ADSL and lack of staff, it takes them just little bit under 30 minutes to answer your calls if not more.

Cybersmart please get your act's together.

NB!!! Please do not call me.

As i have cancelled my line as from 31.01.2014 and will not change my mind.
i have given you's 45 days to cancel my line with yous, that more than the 30 days cybersmart requires.

NB!!! Again, please don't call me. That cant be to hard for yous to understand.
