At the beginning of February, I emailed Cybersmart to transfer my ADSL Line back to telkom, and gave notice of cancellation of my account. I cannot afford either anymore.

I received an automated Email response on the 11th Feb.
Got an email from Zohrah on the 12th to say someone would be in contact with me regarding the process.

I phoned Telkom last week to cancel my line, and was informed that I cannot, as there has been no instruction from Cybersmart to cancel the line. I emailed Cybersmart and got an automated response on the 8th March.

Then I get an email from Zohra again, asking me if "Everything is working fine on my side? "... I emailed back to ask why she is asking this question, as I am enquiring as to when my line will be transfered...??? as I need to give Telkom Notice too.

As yet, I have had no response, besides the usual automated on.

I sent an email the 19th march again, to Zorah, asking for a response, and got NONE!!!

I try phoning the call center, but cannot hold for 45 minutes each time.

This 1mbps Line speed is slower than the 384 Kbps line I had 3 years ago, and I am every so sorry i left Mweb to change over to Cybersmart. The service is shocking!
