Fault battery

Telecommunications

On the 17th Dec 2013 i went to Maponya Mall to buy a Battery for Blackberry 9800, it costed me R569.95. the unit was not in the sealed package. I was told that the other Customer wanted to buy it, but end up not buying, i trusted the Sales Rap and bought it. i took it home and charge it for about 8 hours, i am so sad the battery does not last even half day while my old battery can last me 3/4 of the day. i called and spoke to Mbali, Manager she said the Battery need to be booked in for 10 working days .. else there is nothing more they can do. i wanted to take a phone to Limpopo with me to give my Mum christmas gift... i am so sad i cant do it because Vodacom sold me faulty unit and they can't give me new battery or refund.. i was not told that they don't refund. their till slip does not even have terms and conditions... i wont ever buy again from Vodacom in my life they have spoil my Xmas... the staff are rude as well... i feel like they my money now i am stuck with a cell with no Battery and i can't give it to mum...
