Vodacom Customer Repair - Bad service

I have a Blackberry Bold 9780. My contract expires in September 2013 (24 months) however the repair center has it on their system that my contract has expired in June (I was told to get proof from the Vodacom store that my contract ends in Sep). Ever since I got my 9780 the phone been replaced I think 7 times already. On every book in I would advise Vodacom that the battery doesnt last a day, dies without notice on three quater, everytime my phone was replaced they would hand my old battery back and say that it was the phone that was drawing the battery. My phone was replaced twice in in two months and the main reason i took it back was because the battery wasnt lasting. When my I took my phone back last week they did a battery test (for the first time instore) and advised the battery was faulty and that the phone was out of guarantee. Everytime I booked my phone in they would replace the phone and not once was a battery test done, the phone was replaced and the same battery handed back to me. Now Vodacom says, sorry your battery is faulty you have to buy a new battery, but for the last 2 years I've booked the phone in complaining about battery life!
