NO BATTERY

A month ago I've handed my Blackberry Torch in for repairs at the Vodashop ni Ladysmtih KZN, I've been told that Vodacom cant repair my phone without the slip when I took the contract out, unable to give that, I took the phone to Durban hoping that they will be able to help me, without the slip Cellucity accepted my phone it was send in for repairs, the phone is still under warrantee so it was done free of charge, 2 weeks later I received my phone back, without the battery, the battery were given to them when I handed it in for repairs, the only thing given back to me was my memory card. Today I phone to enquire about the battery, no one knows where it is, now I've been told I never gave the battery with the phone, but I know for sure the battery was given with the phone, I want my battery back or a replacement.
