I was very upset with the service I received from Mtn, it was absolutely shocking to say the least. I took out a modem and a laptop contract and while checking the items in store the first laptop was defective. Luckily the sales guy tested the laptop before we left but the modem was not tested and when I got home I could not use the modem. I called customer service and after 3 long calls there was no solution. I then opted to go back to the store the following day and found a few people waiting for some time to be assisted as the staff were just milling around. After waiting an hour the matter was handed over to a supervisor who also has no sense of urgency as he made me wait another 15 mins and my 9 month old baby was cranky as she has the flu and it was being aggravated by the cold aircon in the store. The supervisor explained the problem but had no solutions. insisted on having a Sim card or returning the entire package. He later came back with a Sim card and I asked him to test it before we left and he laughed, I found that very unprofessional. But I later discovered that it was because he has no knowledge on how to use or even test the device. I see more problems in future!
