Motor Battery faulty, not refundable

On 5 November 2013 I bought a secondhand battery for my vehicle. It came with a 3 months guarantee.
One week later the battery started swelling and leaking battery acid. I phoned Bryan about it and told him that I wanted my money back. He told me that its not his problem. He said that my vehicle was overcharging the battery.

I got 2 references who confirmed that my vehicle was not overcharging the battery.
