Getting a replacement for my iPhone 5S

Good day.

I would like some assistance in replacing my silver iPhone 5S 64GB. It is insured through vodacom. It was yesterday. The claim was approved but i cannot find a vodacom store with stock. I read on the website that vodacom insurance has a 24-hour replacement service.

Your assistance in this regard is highly appreciated.
