WHY NOT TO BE WITH VODACOM!!

I UPGRADED TO AN IPHONE ON THE 22 JULY 2013, I NOW NEED ASSISTANCE WITH A CLAIM AS MY SCREEN HAS BEEN SHATTERED ONLY TO BE TOLD BY VODACOM THAT THE UPGRADE CONSULTANT SHOULD HAVE ADVISED YOU THAT YOUR INSURANCE COVER SHOULD INCREASE AS YOUR CELL IS WORTH MORE.THIS DID NOT HAPPEN!!!

I HAVE BEEN PASSED FROM PILLAR TO POST- VODACOM TOLLFREE PUTS ME THROUGH TO THE UPGRADE DEPT WHO SAYS NO YOU NEED TO SPEAK WITH THE INSURANCE DEPT WHICH IN TURN PUTS ME BACK THROUGH TO VODACOM. I HAVE BEEN WITH VODACOM FOR YEARS AND TO BE TREATED LIKE RUBBISH WITH NO HELP OR PROFESSIONALISM. I NOW HAVE INSURANCE FOR ONLY 5000 WHERE MY IPHONE IS WORTH 10000.00. I FIND THIS UNACCEPTABLE AND EVEN IF I NEED TO BACK PAY FROM JULY TO DATE ON INSURANCE I WOULD LIKE AN REPLACEMENT IPHONE.
