Waiting 3 months for my iphone replacement

REWARDSCO MADE AN ERROR WHEN REGISTERING MY IPHONE INSURANCE. They admitted after their investigation that they had insured my iphone with the incorrect cell number. They had promised to replace my iphone as the insurance rejected the claim because of rewardsco's error. My iphone was in january 2013 and MORE THAN 3 MONTHS LATER after calling them almost daily I'M STILL WAITING FOR MY IPHONE REPLACEMENT . Is vodacom aware that they are PROVIDING such BAD SERVICE to their clients?
