VODACOM WILL NOT PAY MY INSURANCE CLAIM OUT

On 10 September 2013 my l phone was given in for repairs at Vodacom Potchefstroom. Friday the 13th they said my phone was irrepairable, and Vodacom would replace the phone. On the phone with Vodacom Sat 14th, and they could not find an I phone 4S (which I had insured) anywhere. She said that if we could find an I Phone 4S, we could purchase it and Vodacom would pay us back anything to the value of R7000.00 which my phone was insured for. We drove to Potch from Klerkdsdorp and found only one Vodacom Stand who had an Iphone 4S in stock, because Iphone 5 is out. The stall was outside the Vodashop just past Checkers in the Mooiriver Mall. My husband went inside the Vodashop and spoke to the Manager, Nahim who confirmed with my husband that the stand was in fact an extention of his shop, and that he would be able to give us an invoice for the insurance claim. We were so happy, paid the R6100 by credit card, got a credit card slip from the small stand, went inside the Vodashop and got a printed invoice with his shop stamp on. We left for Cape Town and upon return tried to claim our money back, with no luck! Vodacom would not pay us back bacause the till slip does not say vodacom!
