My phone was on thursday and blacklisted and reported to the policy my problem is getting hold of the Mtn insurance department since thursday I have been calling and there is no answer instead being on hold for hours, how is that possible in such a big organisation like Mtn if there is no enough consultant why not employ people its easy for them to debit their premiums in time every month, why not do the same when it comes to service, I went to southgate mall to find out if they can do anything but the male consultant told me I will have to hold for four hours or more to get help, that is wrong why four hours I have things to do I can't be on hold for four hours that is ridiculous if Mtn can't manage their insurance department they must stick to retail, now I was forced to go buy another phone cash for me to manage to be intouch with people this is unacceptable service, if you put a client on hold for 4 hours do you even reach your service target every month or maybe service is not important to them.
