I took out a new line on my current contract this week through the online sales, there is no sim & connection fees or delivery charges as per online site. I have noticed that I was charged for the connection which is incorrect, I have now been trying to have this fixed without any success, Customer Care refers me to Online sales, I called them they are not helpful (appalling service from these people) I called in on the 20th of December and was told that someone would call within 15 minutes, no one called, i called again this morning, 1st person that answered the phone after 10 minutes spoke to the supervisor and I was told to call 0821941, she transferred me and I get "You are not authorized to make international calls" where are these people putting me through? I then called the number given and it asks me for the IVR number no idea what this is I called Online sales again 082 178 44, I explain to the lady (Charmaine I got a name this time) what my problem is and the issues I have when they transfer me plus 0821941 is useless as I do not know what the IVR number is, I ask to speak to the supervisor instead I get transferred to no where, please sort this out.
