Mtnsp insurance call center never respond to calls

My phone was damaged and i had to contact the insurance department. when i phoned the call center it took me three days to finally get through. each time i called in i would hold for almost two hours waithing for someone to attend to my call. when i finally got through to a consutant i was told that the collections department would phone me back between 2 to 48 hours. nobody called instead i had to phone them back to find out why nobody has contacted me yet. my phone was collected then there was no feedback until i phoned the collections department to find out the progress of my phone, i was then told that my phone was beyond economical repair and that i should phone MTNSP. as i am typing this i have been on hold for about an hour now. nobody ever answers the call center call. why have a call center if there is no one to answer the calls? this has become more than frustrating.
