POOR SERVICE - TEMPTED TO CANCEL ALL SERVICES

I have been attempting to get in contact with the credit controller on my ADT account for some months now - but to absolutely no avail. I have tried through the website but get no response. When calling in to the Sandton branch I am told nobody is available to assist or otherwise cut off/put on hold for hours.

We pay a monthly amount for what I do not know??? I am trying to query what exactly I am paying for but it would appear ADT are not too keen on disclosing this information to me??? Apparently I even pay R100 odd per month for insurance??? Insurance for what??? I have no equipment worth insuring and never requested this insurance cover since I have household insurance already! I have been paying this since 2007???

I want a full breakdown of the services I am being charged for and a full refund for the services I never requested but am being unlawfully billed for!

I do not have the time or patience to sit on hold on a call for hours and hours only to get through to a consultant who clearly does not have any knowledge of anything!
