Not keeping to their promises

I upgraded my contract with Vodacom Ladysmith early November 2013. The new contract will only start on the 1st of the following month, which is understandable. I upgraded to a flexi 200 with a 1gig data plan for 3 months. On the 1st of December 2013 I received the R200 airtime but not the 1 gig as specified in the brochure. I went to the shop where I was helped by the lady called Lana which is very helpful. She contacted the Call centre and they told her that it will be rectified after 48 hours. 48 hours went past and nothing happened I went back after 4 days. She told me that the guy who did the upgrade did not do it correctly and that she will have to reverse the transaction and reload it and that will take another 48 hours which I accepted. She contacted me to say that they are having a problem loading it because that was a deal for November only, but they are working on the situation. Today I was told that the contact that I took was for Business and not for Individuals. If I was told on the day of upgrading that this was the case I wouldn't have been so upset. Please sort out this mess.
