CAN NEVER REACH THE MTN INSURANCE DEPARTMENT!!!

I have been calling the MTN Insurance Department for the past three weeks and hold for 45minutes until I eventually hang up. It's either your Insurance department is short staffed or it just has bad service. I have never struggled so much to give people my money.

Your service is BAD, BAD, BAD!!!..And this is clear in the time it took MTN customer care to reply to my email, I sent it on the 3rd and I only got a reply 15days later which was referring me back to the same number which you can never get through to.

I have been talking to a lady from customer care who tried to help, she sent me the insurance forms which I filled out and returned to her, she has forwarded the email to the "INSURANCE DEPARTMENT SUPERVISOR" twice already and guess what??...I AM STILL WAITING AND MY PHONE IS STILL NOT INSURED!!!

So you know what, I am done calling your "INCOMPETENT INSURANCE DEPARTMENT", I will insure my phone elsewhere because I can see that even the day I might need to make a claim, it will take me THREE WEEKS to eventually reach someone/ get someone to respond to my request.
