19 Dec 2013: Dispute online: I haven't had a working line since 28 Nov 2013 and refuse to pay anything further until the problem is sorted. A dispute Ref: 27139749 was logged yesterday by Nthabi in which I made it very clear that I will not be paying for a service that I am not receiving. I was contacted this morning 19 Dec 2013 and told that cables had been stollen and the issue would take from 3 weeks to a possible few months to rectify. I paid my Telkom account on 28 Nov 2013 to the amount of R180 and have had NO SERVICE at all since. I will not pay anything else until such time that I am contacted by Telkom saying that my line is back up and usable. I have also forwarded this in an e-mail to [Email Removed] for record keeping purposes.
