Telkom wrongly charging me for two lines

I have been trying to contact Telkom people for the past 10 weeks regarding my telkom line and I haven't received any feedback through emails or a phone call. I relocated from Randburg to Paulshof May (may 17 2013) and I contacted Telkom to come reconnect my ADSL line to Paulshof. There were complications reconnecting the lines initially but they managed to reconnect them with no problem.

The reason why I contacted Telkom now is 2 months back I received a statement with an amount of R1302.90 that they say I owe, I phoned customer service 10210 and that's when they told me that I have 2 telkom lines and I have to pay that money owing. I didn't know I had 2 lines until that time and I don't know who authorized that thy give me another line (0114678747 and 0117813194). What I only did was ask for a tranfer of my line which is contracted at R325. I talked to michelle and I received this reference #26997914 and she told me she had logged the complaint and they will contact me after 7 days but up till now I haven't received any call or email from telkom all they keep sending me are messages that I owe them and they are suspending my line.
I called again telkom on
