Discount offered on ADSL line rental not honoured

At the beginning of August I moved house. On the 5 August 2013 (give or take a day) I contacted Telkom to inform them that I had moved premises and requested that my landline be moved. In the conversation, I was offered 25% discount on my ADSL line rental, which I accepted. However the person told me that the 25% discount could not be activated until my line had been moved to the new premises and until that new line was activated.

On the 5th of September 2013, after my new line was up and running, I contacted Telkom again to enquire if my 25% discount was activated (Call ref number: 27029040). It had not been activated, so the operator logged a dispute. On the 19th of Sept 2013, I still had no response so I phoned Telkom again only to be told that my dispute was not approved. I then conveyed my unhappiness and was informed that somebody would phone me back regarding the issue. It is now the 20th of Sept 2013 and I still have had no response.

To summarise, I find it unacceptable that Telkom offeres me a 25% discount on my line rental and then does not honour that offer.
