Paying for uncap 2MG Line but receiving .40kbs/sec

The Fault Service ID: 165CWK040513. We have now been at loggerheads with Telkom for the past 3 months due to our ADSL line. We are paying and our contract is for a 2MG uncapped line but are not receiving what's promised to us. We have logged this fault numerous times. They keep on telling us the complaint is logged. Out of desperateness I have contacted the Technical department after 3 months of going to Telkom to log the problem and they said they have not received anything. No one is responding. They keep on lying to us to say the fault has been solved when we are still struggling. When we refuse to pay they have the audacity to disconnect me. Why must I pay over R 700.00 a month for a service I am not receiving. In my eyes this is. Everyday they keep on saying the technical department is looking into it and everyday we keep on phoning. I am now so sick and tired of all the excuses and I am sure Telkom has now run out of anything to say. I need Telkom Technical services to sort out this problem. They are either throttling us or someone is line sharing with us and we have to pay the full price. PLEASE SORT THIS OUT AND PASS CREDIT. I AM NOT PAYING A CENT MORE!!
