Shameful Service!!!

Yet again & in less than a month I receive disgusting customer service from MTN but this time from the Gateway branch. It seems like incompetence with generally poorly service is the norm here across the board. In August 2013 I upgraded my handset to Samsung Galaxy S4 9500i at the Galleria branch. I had been experiencing software issues with the handset earlier this month & took it in for an assessment at the Gateway branch. A new upgraded model was approved & issued to me. After having the phone in my possession for a week, I was then called by Rozina & told that I need to return the phone as the wrong store had issued the phone...!!! after going in-store & still complying with the requirement, I was advised that my new handset was reserved at the franchise stores on the very same mall. When I get there, Thaveshan advised me that they have no stock of the model & I will now have to drive to Galleria to fetch one. in addition the new handset replaces my old one but instead of 32GB of on-board memory, I now only get 16GB, placing me at a disadvantage. I WANT THE S4 9505i HANDSET WITH A 16GB MEMORY CARD & I WANT A S4 COVER FOR THE TROUBLE OF DRIVING TO GALLERIA. CALL ME!!!
