I upgraded my handset on 2013-11-23 to a Z10 and the Z10 handset was returned to your store on 2013-11-24.
On phoning the store this morning, I was informed that the handset is still no back in your store. According to the OBF, it should take 5 calendar days to make an assessment. It is 12 calendar days and I still have no upgraded handset and my contract was changed to accommodate the new handset requirements, resulting in data functions on my old handset now not working.
I want the upgrade cancelled at 4 U Kolonnade, and my money refunded as their customer service is non-existent
