My wifes contract with cell c expired on the 03/06/2013 whereas she had already pre-ordered the Blackeberry Q10 which was to be picked up from the Cell C store in Ballito.

The Ballito branch did contact my wife in the form on an email informing her that they will let her know as soon as the phone arrives in their store. Its been over 2 weeks and the branch has not yet received their stock. My wife then called in on the 10/06/2013 to enquire the long wait and was informed that there are still no Q10s in store but however they (Ballito Branch) where going to order a handset from the Gateway store for her.

My wife then called in again on the 12/06/2013 and was informed that she could pick the handset on the 14/06/2013. Upon arrival at the Ballito Store on the 14/06/2013 my wife was informed that she could not have the handset because of the un-done transfer from the Gateway to Ballito Store.

Why was my wife informed that she could have the handset on 14/06/2013 but did not get it after making a special trip from Stanger to Ballito after been informed that it could be picked up?
