Horrible Service from MTN

Hello Peter, I want to lay a complaint from the horrible and appalling service that I have endured from MTN.I have sent countless emails to their different departments and specific consultants in MTN WesBank Store... after the emails I took my time and went to their Head Office in 14th Ave where I was attended by a lady of the name Thandeka Zulu... after she promised to find a solution, she came back to me and told me that MTN cannot replace the broken hand set NOR are they prepared to terminate my current contract, meaning if I stop paying, I'll be in breach of the contract I must continue paying for an un-existing handset since it has gone missing in one of their repair centres. I will like to warn all customers from entering in any form of agreement with MTN, since you'll be good as signing and paying, you'll never enjoy any of the promised services... I'm currently having another 24 month data contract with them which I cannot use due to lack of reception but I'm paying for it.. I'll appreciate if someone out there can be able to assist. Thanks
